About the position

Riverside Health and Rehabilitation Center Pediatric Unit is seeking an experienced Administrator to lead and manage our pediatric healthcare facility in Trenton, NJ. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and financial planning of the community. This role involves implementing strategic programs that focus on the care and quality of life for our patients and staff. The position is full-time, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, ensuring that the facility operates smoothly and efficiently while providing the highest quality of care to our pediatric patients. In this role, you will oversee the administrative functions of the pediatric unit, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Requirements
