Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
- Follow individualized care plans for each patient.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance nursing skills.
- Work collaboratively with a team focused on patient care.
Requirements
- Licensed as a LVN or RN
- CPR certification required
- Clear background screening
- Ability to read and communicate in English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators
- Previous pediatric nursing experience
