About The Position

The Pediatric Neurosurgeon position at Stony Brook University is a full-time clinical faculty role at the Assistant Professor level within the Department of Neurological Surgery. Requirements

  • MD or DO (or foreign equivalent).
  • Completion of an ACGME or FRCSC neurosurgical residency program.
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified by ABNS, AOA, or RCPSC in Neurosurgery.
  • ABPNS accredited Fellowship training in Pediatric Neurosurgery.
  • Must have New York State medical license upon hire.

Nice To Haves

  • Possession of a PhD (or foreign equivalent).
  • Evidence of interest in clinical or basic research.
  • Completion of Clinician Investigator Program.

Responsibilities
