About the position

BrightStar Care is seeking compassionate Pediatric Nurses (LPN or RN) to join our team in Essex and Morris counties, NJ. The role focuses on delivering attentive care to pediatric clients, ensuring their health and well-being through personalized care plans. Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful care to clients and patients based on personalized Plan of Care.
• Monitor and track changes in the client/patient's conditions and needs, keeping the Director of Nursing informed.
• Proactively update client/patients' families on the plan of care, health changes, and concerns.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Hoyer Lift experience.
• G-tube experience.
• Trach experience.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Minimum one (1) year of healthcare experience required.
• Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
