About the position
The Department of Medical Imaging at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago and the Department of Radiology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seek a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. The responsibilities of a successful candidate will include providing excellent care in all aspects of pediatric diagnostic imaging. The candidate will also be given on-site training opportunities to gain subspecialty expertise in pediatric cardiac MR and/or musculoskeletal imaging (MSK), participate in multidisciplinary conferences, and contribute to the academic mission of the group.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent care in all aspects of pediatric diagnostic imaging.
- Gain subspecialty expertise in pediatric cardiac MR and/or musculoskeletal imaging (MSK) through on-site training opportunities.
- Participate in multidisciplinary conferences.
- Contribute to the academic mission of the group.
Requirements
- Certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology.
- Pediatric or cardiac radiology fellowship training.
Nice-to-haves
- Education and/or experience in pediatric radiology.
- Interest in subspecialties such as pediatric cardiac imaging or pediatric musculoskeletal imaging.
- Academic interest and eligibility for an academic appointment at Feinberg School of Medicine.
