The Pediatric Registered Nurse at Elara Caring plays a crucial role in providing high-quality home care to pediatric patients. Responsibilities

• Makes meaningful observations, evaluations, and creates reports.
• Accepts and constructively utilizes supervision.
• Recognizes the needs and concerns of people to maintain constructive relationships.
• Performs nursing procedures requiring the skills and judgment of a Registered Nurse.
• Recognizes when adjustments in nursing care are needed to maintain quality.
• Observes and communicates changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Documents all care provided accurately and timely in the client's record.
• Exercises leadership with appreciation and respect for the skills of others.
• Promotes Elara Caring's philosophy and mission to ensure quality of care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• 1+ year of RN experience.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability and willingness to travel within designated area approximately 50%.
