About the position

The Pediatric Sales Representative at Syneos Health is a key role within a sales team responsible for developing and managing an assigned territory. This position involves implementing clients' marketing plans through professional expertise and clinical training, while engaging with healthcare providers to address their needs and provide educational support.

Responsibilities

• Utilize marketing and selling materials designed for a respective audience.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory depending on each client's needs.
• Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient.
• Provide educational and scientific support for decisions to physicians, practitioners, and nursing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years' business to business (B2B) or 1-2 years' pharmaceutical sales experience
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
