About the position
Hawaii Permanente Medical Group (HPMG) is seeking a dedicated Pediatric physician to join our innovative and fully integrated health system. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for a physician with solid clinical skills to practice in a collaborative environment that emphasizes preventative medicine and family-centered care. The successful candidate will work closely with specialists and utilize a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system (EPIC) that supports integration with all providers, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and healthcare professionals. An excellent health maintenance tool is also provided to assist in delivering high-quality care. This is a part-time locums position, requiring a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum of six months. The starting hourly rate for this position is $111. As a member of HPMG, you will be part of the state's largest and most experienced multi-specialty group, consisting of over 600 physicians and providers. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality pediatric care to patients in a family-centered environment.
- Collaborate with specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for patient management and documentation.
- Engage in preventative medicine practices to promote health and wellness among patients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Preferred experience in pediatric care.
- Commitment to a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
