About the position
We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatric Medicine physician to join our expanding pediatric practice in Munster, IN. This role involves diagnosing and treating medical illnesses, providing preventive care, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care with specialists as needed. The position offers a flexible full-time schedule with a call rotation for weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat medical illnesses in pediatric patients.
- Provide preventive care, including annual checkups and health risk assessments.
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists.
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for patient documentation.
- Participate in a call rotation for weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Medicine.
- Experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric illnesses.
- Ability to provide preventive care and manage chronic conditions.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records, specifically EPIC.
