As Lifewell's Peer Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ascertaining patient benefits by interviewing patients and assisting them with gathering all pertinent information for the benefit application process. This position requires you to initiate, track, and assist patient benefits during and after the application process. Being detail-oriented is an important requirement of the job, as you will monitor the completion of financial patient information, work with outside agencies, and facilitate AHCCCS eligibility checks and monitoring. Additionally, you will train and assist case manager staff in the completion of application forms.
