• Engage and inspire members served to explore and meet their recovery goals.
• Facilitate meaningful conversations that assist individuals in their recovery journey.
• Provide consultation to the team to promote Telecare's Recovery Culture.
• Respond to critical situations with high-level engagement and de-escalation skills.
• Support individuals experiencing emergencies related to mental health or addiction challenges.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of Peer Support Training / Certified Peer Specialist or Peer Employment Training within one year of hire
• Experience as a beneficiary of the Behavioral Health system of care
• Valid and current driver's license and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups.
