About The Position
The Peer Support Specialist at Straight Walk Family Services plays a crucial role in providing outpatient therapy and related clinical services to adult clients and their families. This position is part of the Assertive Community Treatment Teams (ACTT), which deliver high-intensity behavioral health services in the community, aiming to improve outcomes for individuals with severe mental illness who are at risk of psychiatric crises. The specialist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to address clients' mental health, substance use, vocational, and housing needs.
