About the position

The Pega CSSA Database Developer role is focused on developing strategies for effective data analysis and product enablement. This hybrid position requires local candidates from Georgia and involves responsibilities such as implementing analytical solutions, monitoring data performance, and collaborating with team members to ensure data security and process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Develop enablement strategies for effective data analysis and data product.
• Select, configure, and implement analytical and web solutions such as integrated data consumption layer.
• Develop and implement data analytics, data collection systems, and strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify performance issues.
• Work on problems of moderate and varied complexity where analysis of data may require adaptation of standardized practices.
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Design, develop, and implement software based on requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with the support team for code deployment.
• Collaborate with team members to follow processes, procedures, and data security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of diverse experience in IT is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience implementing (hands-on) PRPC application including case management implementation.
• Experience in Pega UI development.
• Pega CSSA certification is required.
• Expert knowledge of the PRPC architecture, security model, and service interfaces.
• Expert PRPC knowledge based on in-depth experience and successful projects.
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities.

Nice-to-haves

• Pega 7 experience preferred.
• Agile/Scrum concepts.
