Our client is currently seeking a PEGA Data Architect to join their team. This position is available in multiple locations including Basking Ridge, NJ, Irving, TX, and Alpharetta, GA, and offers a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10+ years of experience in IT, specifically in hands-on delivery of large enterprise complex solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for migrating rules from a different rules platform into PEGA, working closely with existing consumers of the legacy rules product to ensure a seamless transition to PEGA Rules. The role requires a strong understanding of complex workflow technologies and ecosystems, as well as data modeling tools. The candidate should be familiar with core BPM and Decisioning concepts, including case and decisioning, and have experience in building data catalogs and dictionaries with business glossaries. A significant part of the job involves designing data models and schemas that can accommodate multiple business use cases across various core technical stacks. The architect will also define and implement data accuracy across the product portfolio, ensuring high-quality technical solutions that meet program objectives and business requirements. In addition to technical skills, the position demands strong written and verbal communication skills, as the architect will work closely with customers and team members to understand current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. The role encompasses the full systems life cycle, including planning, coding, testing, and documentation, and requires experience in system analysis, design, and quality assurance. The candidate must be able to manage multiple assignments effectively and demonstrate superior communication skills.
