About the position
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile Pega project teams specifically within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on facilitating agile processes, removing obstacles, and ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Act as a servant leader facilitating agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach Pega development teams in best agile practices.
- Coordinate with product owners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Track and report on team performance and project progress.
Requirements
- 9 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 2 years on Pega projects.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain requirements and compliance.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
