Responsibilities
- Administer Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSOs), Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs), and Power of Attorney (POA) documents for clients.
- Work with mid and senior consultants to answer client questions and resolve issues.
- Employ cutting-edge tools and resources in retirement plan design and management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in employee benefits, retirement, or consulting with a focus on plan administration.
- Experience in a benefit and call center environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in a professional services firm or legal environment.
- Associates Degree.
