About the position

The PEO Account Executive at HireHealth, LLC is a full-time sales role focused on engaging healthcare professionals and higher education facilities to promote and sell company products. The position requires a persuasive and customer-oriented individual with experience in Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) to identify new sales opportunities, conduct cold calls, and negotiate terms to close deals. The role involves maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent after-sales service while attending industry events and preparing sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Schedule meetings with potential and existing customers, including healthcare professionals.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new sales leads.
• Present company products to potential and existing customers.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain solid working relationships with customers through excellent after-sales service.
• Arrange conferences and group events for medical professionals.
• Attend industry events, training, and company meetings.
• Research competitors' products and market success.
• Submit purchase orders to the relevant department.
• Prepare sales reports and territory analyses.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proven medical sales experience is a plus.
• PEO experience is required.
• Sound knowledge of medical terminology and legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, Spanish required.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
