About the position

The People Analytics Data Science Reporting Analyst will play a crucial role in leveraging data to drive insights and support decision-making processes within the organization. This position focuses on analyzing people-related data, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to enhance workforce strategies and improve employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex people-related data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
  • Support the development of data-driven strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably in a human resources context.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
