About the position

The People Analytics Senior Consultant at Deloitte is responsible for enhancing clients' people analytics capabilities by leveraging data and analytics to drive organizational performance and human capital development. This role involves engaging with clients to deliver actionable insights across various workforce topics, including DEI, attrition, and talent acquisition, while working collaboratively with an experienced team to navigate the future of work with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to advance their people analytics capabilities across strategy, people, process, data, and technology.
  • Conduct current state assessments to understand client people analytics maturity and communicate key themes.
  • Lead the development of a client's people analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
  • Utilize HCM and people analytics tools to design, build, test, and deploy reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with end-to-end data and analytics processes, including data cleansing and wrangling.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data methods to analyze client data across HR focus areas.
  • Define client business questions by conducting interviews and synthesizing findings.
  • Develop data visualizations to highlight key insights for informed business decisions.
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders on people analytics topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Human Capital Consulting or a related consultative people analytics role.
  • 4+ years of experience with People Analytics tools such as Visier, Power BI, Tableau, and/or Workday HCM.
  • Proven experience with at least one Visier implementation.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR domains like recruiting, attrition, DE&I, and compensation.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of experience utilizing Visier to deliver actionable insights.
  • 4+ years of external consulting experience within a firm environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong project management and technical skills.
