About the position

The People and Operations Site Manager at Body Techniques is responsible for overseeing people leadership, operations, and service delivery for a high-profile tech client. This remote role requires a skilled leader to act as the main liaison between Body Techniques, providers, and the client's Health & Performance Management team, ensuring effective communication and operational excellence. The Site Manager will track metrics, analyze business performance, and drive account growth while maintaining a focus on service expectations and professional development for providers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee people leadership and operations for the tech client.
• Act as the main liaison between Body Techniques and the client's Health & Performance Management team.
• Support providers with site policy, service expectations, and scheduling.
• Track detailed metrics and analyze business performance.
• Drive account growth by meeting utilization, customer service satisfaction, and budget metrics.
• Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and handle operational challenges.
• Write and post schedules promptly and prepare for business reviews and reports.
• Utilize technology proficiently to maintain updated knowledge of client processes.
• Engage with the provider team through regular check-ins and performance-based communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in people leadership and/or retail management.
• Experience leading teams of 30 or more individuals.
• Strong data analysis and project management skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
