About the position

The People and Talent Acquisition Generalist at Future PLC is a dual role that combines responsibilities in both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. This position serves as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to source and deliver candidates for various roles within the organization. The role emphasizes effective P&C support, employee relations, and compliance, while also managing onboarding and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits questions and support oversight of benefit plans.
  • Organize and oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting onboarding meetings.
  • Proactively source candidates for various roles across the business using multiple channels.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers to source, interview, and select candidates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and advise management on best practices.
  • Maintain employee information and files, ensuring the recruitment system is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support payroll system activities including time and attendance, onboarding, and leaves of absence.
  • Assist in promoting and administering the company performance management process.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain employee files, and enforce safety policies and training programs.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in the Human Resources field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Passion for people, culture, and recruitment.
  • Enthusiastic and determined attitude.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Disciplined with tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Driven to adapt and learn.
