About the position

The People Operations and Talent Acquisition Generalist at Future US is a dual role that combines responsibilities in both People Operations and Talent Acquisition. This position serves as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and supports various HR functions, including benefits administration, onboarding, sourcing, recruiting, employee relations, HRIS administration, payroll support, performance management, and compliance. The role is designed to provide effective and efficient support to colleagues while collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to fulfill hiring needs across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits questions and support oversight of benefit plans.
  • Organize, streamline, and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Proactively source candidates for various roles across the Future business using multiple channels.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions, collaborating with hiring managers to source, interview, and select candidates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and advise management on best practices.
  • Maintain employee information and files, ensuring the recruitment system is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Support P&C/Payroll system activities including time and attendance, onboarding, and terminations.
  • Assist in promoting and administering the company performance management process.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintain employee files, and enforce safety policies and training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in the Human Resources field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Passion for people, culture, and recruitment.
  • Enthusiastic and determined attitude.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
  • Disciplined with tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Driven to adapt and learn.
