Your responsibilities will involve understanding the current and future goals of the business, engaging proactively with leaders on workforce planning, organization design, and structure. You will be responsible for designing and delivering talent planning activities that identify leadership development priorities and succession plans. This will involve assessing development needs and promoting a learning environment that supports on-the-job opportunities. Additionally, you will leverage your coaching skills to assist employees and managers with development and performance matters, ensuring that they align with both business and personal goals.
