About The Position
Aon is hiring a North America People Business Partner to join our People Organization in the US. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both remotely and from the Chicago or New York City offices. As a People Business Partner supporting our Reinsurance practice, each day will bring something new, including influencing, coaching, and counseling leaders on people-related matters, collaborating with People Org Centers of Excellence, and managing annual cycle activities across designated client groups. This role is part of the North America People Partner team and is imbedded within the business to effectively guide and support on people and talent matters.
