About the position

The People Committee Program Manager, Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston will support the People Committee Secretary in executing the committee's strategy, programming, and operations. This role involves collaboration with various teams within the Federal Reserve System to ensure effective communication and execution of high-priority initiatives. The Program Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders, developing meeting agendas, and ensuring adherence to project management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide programmatic, strategic, and operations support for the People Committee.
  • Generate meeting agendas in collaboration with the People Committee Chair and Secretary.
  • Develop minutes and action items for People Committee meetings.
  • Support discussions of SOHR, OEB, and SDEI leadership with the People Committee Chair and Vice Chair.
  • Maintain the People Committee SharePoint site, ensuring it is current and organized.
  • Facilitate the development of High Priority Initiatives and associated success criteria.
  • Support the review, approval, and monitoring of SOHR, SDEI, and OEB HPIs against milestones.
  • Coordinate communication between the People Committee and related governance groups.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies in the People Committee's portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program management, delivering programs from start to finish.
  • Background in Human Resources or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, ideally within the Federal Reserve System.
  • Expertise with Microsoft tools (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively through ambiguity.

  • Experience in a leadership role within the Federal Reserve System.
