As People & Culture Business Partner, you are directly responsible for facilitating human resources strategies across multiple branches or corporate locations. This person will act as a strategic partner, engaged as a member of the branch(s) leadership team for each respective location. Some examples of the work you might do includes: Actively partners with local business units to leverage People & Culture (Human Resources) expertise in achieving the business' strategic objectives. Works closely with executive team members to better understand the needs of the company. Provides ongoing coaching in the areas of People & Culture, including leadership and employee coaching, career development, and employee relations. Fosters team collaboration, conflict resolution, and decision-making in local business units. Produces tools, guides, and processes that enable branches to reach their highest performance. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Works collaboratively within P&C function to ensure branches have the necessary solutions aligned to branch and company goals. Creates and maintains ongoing communication that provides information, data, and updates for all stakeholders. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the P&C organization to develop solutions and programs. Provides day-to-day coaching and guidance to leadership teams and employees. Partners closely with the People & Culture Department (Corporate HR) to ensure the timely completion of key HR deliverables, as well as active participation in all HR initiatives. Advises employees and managers on company policies, procedures, documentation, and compliance. Provides performance management guidance, including coaching for improvement plans. Develops and maintains relationships with employment agencies, universities, recruitment sources, etc. Leads the development and execution of the affirmative action plan (AAP) for the Company. Serves as a subject matter expert in the areas of HR program compliance matters. All other duties as assigned.
