The Head of Retail Talent Acquisition at Aritzia is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition team to establish a global strategy for recruiting top talent across various retail roles. This position focuses on building high-performing teams to meet the current and future needs of the business, ensuring a proactive approach to talent sourcing, assessment, and securing candidates. Responsibilities

• Establish a proactive approach to building an effective talent pipeline for retail roles from store associate to regional VP.
• Find and deliver the best retail talent for assessment.
• Assess and select candidates that meet key employment attributes.
• Inspire candidates about Aritzia's offerings and career opportunities.
• Secure top talent with compelling offers and manage candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Business Support partners to lead the department's day-to-day functions.

Requirements

• Proven skills and experience in high volume Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and/or Retail Operations.
• A passion for Aritzia, Retail, and fashion.
• Ability to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners.
• Skills to set clear objectives and design an inspiring strategy for the team.

• Deep understanding of the retail industry.
