About the position
The People Experience Lead at McDonald's is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant hires qualified crew members, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. This role focuses on providing a positive onboarding experience for new employees and maintaining their motivation throughout their tenure at the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the restaurant hires qualified crew members.
- Train crew members effectively to meet operational standards.
- Schedule crew members to align with restaurant sales and profit goals.
- Support new crew members in their onboarding process.
- Recognize and motivate crew members throughout their employment.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Must be 18 years or older.
