About the position
The People Experience Lead at McDonald's is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant hires qualified crew members, trains them effectively, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Must be 18 years or older.
