About the position

The People Insights Product Delivery Leader at Veralto is a strategic role focused on transforming HR into a data-driven powerhouse. This position involves leading the People Insights team, driving HR analytics, and shaping data strategies that enhance decision-making and improve the overall experience for associates globally. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to empower HR and business leaders through advanced analytics and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own People Insights Technology by leading the architecture and lifecycle of People Insights applications.
  • Drive HR Analytics by designing and delivering analytics products that enhance decision-making for leaders across the organization.
  • Lead a Skilled Team by overseeing a team that spans data analysis to employee listening, fostering skill development, engagement, and innovation.
  • Shape the Data Roadmap by defining and prioritizing features and enhancements in line with Veralto's strategic goals.
  • Enable Insightful Visualizations by developing data visualization and reporting standards to make insights accessible and actionable.
  • Ensure Compliance by maintaining security and compliance standards, safeguarding data integrity in all associated systems.
  • Train and Inspire by providing guidance and training to internal teams, building data fluency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in HR Analytics product delivery or a related field, with 6+ years in leadership roles.
  • Strong programming skills (Python, R, SQL) and a solid understanding of HR data architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing data roadmaps and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Skilled in coaching, collaboration, and fostering innovation within technical teams.
