About the position

The People Officer role at IC24 involves providing HR support and guidance on employee relations matters, delivering tailored training for managers, and fostering strong partnerships across the organization. This position is ideal for individuals with HR experience, particularly in healthcare, who are looking to advance their careers in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Advise colleagues and managers on employee relations matters.
  • Deliver tailored training for managers on HR practices.
  • Build strong partnerships at all levels within the organization.
  • Utilize knowledge of employment law and good practices in employee relations.
  • Support the People team in various HR initiatives.

Requirements

  • Previous HR experience, preferably within healthcare.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and processes.
  • At least an Associate Member of the CIPD or working towards this level.
  • Strong organizational and proactive skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a not-for-profit or social enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with integrated urgent care services.
