Responsibilities

• Advise colleagues and managers on a range of employee relations matters.
• Deliver tailored training for managers on HR practices.
• Build strong partnerships at all levels within the organization.
• Utilize knowledge of employment law to guide HR decisions.
• Support the implementation of HR systems and processes.

Requirements

• Previous HR experience, preferably within healthcare.
• Knowledge of employment law and good practices in employee relations.
• At least an Associate Member of the CIPD or working towards this level.
• Strong organizational and proactive skills.
• Ability to build strong partnerships at all levels.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in delivering training programs for managers.
• Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
