About the position

The People Operations Coordinator at SageNet plays a vital role in supporting the HR team by managing various aspects of talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic HR support. This position is designed for individuals eager to kickstart their careers in Human Resources, providing hands-on experience and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Evaluate and select candidates for entry-level and mid-level positions, overseeing the sourcing and screening process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, coordinating with various departments to prepare for their arrival.
  • Assist in developing and managing the company's internship program, including recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship.
  • Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and development programs for employees.
  • Track employee participation in development programs and manage feedback from participants.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of employee trainings and recommend improvements.
  • Support the People Operations Manager in implementing leadership and skills development programs by coordinating resources and managing communications.
  • Maintain talent acquisition and employee development records, including candidate pipelines and training records.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and training attendance to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-haves

  • Internship or relevant experience in HR or People Operations.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
