About the position

The People Operations Coordinator at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe LLC is responsible for supporting the human resources function within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring the People Operations department operates efficiently, providing administrative support, facilitating onboarding, and delivering exceptional customer service to team members. The position is integral to maintaining HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Providing data entry and administrative support to the People Operations team
  • Facilitating onboarding assistance and training, including I-9 compliance
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to team members with a servant-leader mindset
  • Assisting with data entry of new team members into various Crunch platforms
  • Assisting team members with system and mobile app access and password resets
  • Responding to unemployment claims and information requests as they are received
  • Responding to requests for employment verification
  • Managing the process of distributing team members' anniversary cards
  • Assisting with the maintenance of standard HR documents including job descriptions, employee agreements, document acknowledgments, etc.
  • Working independently on various projects and related duties as requested
  • Assisting with event planning
  • Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer operation skills with a working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft
  • Highly skilled in customer/team member support
  • Minimum 6 to 12 months of HR or related experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of employee relations and investigation process is beneficial
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems desired, ideally UKG
  • Familiarity with labor laws and legislation is a plus

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related Business field preferred
