Responsibilities

• Manage the drug screening program and address related inquiries.
• Conduct safety investigations to enhance workplace safety.
• Support employees with workers' compensation claims and recovery processes.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring they have necessary resources from day one.
• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and screening candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR or Safety support is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is preferred.
