This role will substantially contribute to the development and execution of People Ops processes, policies, and initiatives that support our Pocketeers. The Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization. This includes participating in hiring and onboarding, supporting employee engagement efforts, and contributing to the continuous improvement of People Operations strategies and initiatives.
