About the position

The People Operations Manager will play a crucial role in aligning HR initiatives with business goals at Cognira & RetSci. This hands-on position involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, advising on talent management, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The manager will lead HR projects, optimize People Operations processes, and ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead existing HR projects and future initiatives alongside the leadership team and People Operations team.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and offboarding.
• Serve as an advisor to people managers on talent management and development programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a positive organizational culture and drive engagement initiatives.
• Organize team-building activities and participate in the social committee.
• Lead process improvements to optimize and automate People Operations, including HRIS management.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage People Operations programs such as performance reviews and employee feedback surveys.
• Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws across multiple regions.
• Support and mentor the HR team with best practices and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a SaaS fast-paced organization.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
• Eager to mentor and lead a team while driving people operations initiatives.
