The People Operations Manager at American Screening Corporation (ASC) is a pivotal role focused on enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture. This position involves leading the development and implementation of people-centric initiatives that align with ASC's mission of delivering innovative medical testing solutions. The manager will optimize people processes, support talent acquisition and development, and ensure compliance with HR policies while promoting employee wellness and leveraging data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Champion ASC's core values and foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture.
  • Create and implement engagement programs that drive employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design programs to enhance skills, performance, and leadership capabilities.
  • Lead the design and execution of performance management processes that encourage high performance and continuous development.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws while improving policies to support ASC's workforce.
  • Manage sensitive employee relations issues with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Implement health and wellness initiatives that support ASC's vision of a healthier workforce.
  • Leverage HR data to provide insights on workforce trends and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on key HR metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a commitment to ASC's mission, vision, and values.
