About the position

The People Operations & Office Manager role at AppTweak is a part-time position focused on supporting the US team by overseeing daily office and people operations. This includes ensuring smooth HR processes, enhancing workplace culture, and collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) on talent management. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office and people operations for the US team.
  • Collaborate with external legal partners to ensure compliance across the US.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Administer employee benefits programs in alignment with company policies.
  • Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documents in compliance with local laws.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees on people operations topics.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures for the US office.
  • Monitor new regulations for each state where the company operates.
  • Maintain and implement ISO security policies in the US office.
  • Manage daily office operations, including supplier services and office organization.
  • Assist in organizing internal events to contribute to company culture.
  • Work closely with the CRO to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Recruit high-performing talent in the US and enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • 1+ years of HR experience with a strong understanding of US employment regulations and labor law.
  • People-oriented with a high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Autonomous with a proactive attitude.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with great analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Reliable team member with a strong ethic regarding information confidentiality.
