Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for performance and promotion processes for all CFS employees, from planning and budgeting to execution and evaluation.
• Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and make data-informed adjustments to enhance outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of comprehensive talent development programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and performance management to continuously innovate and improve existing programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively about both short and long term solutions.
