In this role, you will provide essential administrative support across various areas of People Operations. Your responsibilities will include new employee onboarding, managing confidential files and documents, maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), and ensuring center-wide regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support in all areas of People Operations.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding processes.
  • Manage confidential files and documents.
  • Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure center-wide regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Associates degree and two (2) years specialized administrative support training, preferably in Human Resources OR comparable years of paid experience in the capacity of Administrative Assistant, Representative, Coordinator, or other Human Resources position with similar responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
