Responsibilities

• Operate the switchboard and channel calls effectively.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for Human Resources and other departments.
• Ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and materials related to department and Center business.
• Serve as the Center Receptionist, welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, providing exceptional customer service.
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals and take accurate messages when necessary.
• Make employee badges and place lunch orders.
• Gather information, make decisions, and develop solutions or improvements as necessary.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred AA Degree in related field.
• Two (2) years experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in a front office healthcare setting preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications and office practices.
