As our People Ops Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience and culture while optimizing our People processes. It's an exciting time to be joining Industrious as we were recently acquired by CBRE and are anticipating new opportunities and significant growth in the near and long term. You'll join an agile People team that is focused on moving the world of HR away from administrative work and into an employee experience function. You'll work on solving questions like: how do we lead the industry in creating an exemplary hybrid work model? How do we continue to nurture and develop our top talent into our leaders of tomorrow? This role will be based in NYC, and will require at least 1 day in the office per week (Wednesdays). The People Ops Manager role has the potential to touch many of the areas listed below. We know that you may not have extensive experience in all of these disciplines. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in HR practices, a willingness to learn, and the ability to grow with our organization. If you have experience in some of these areas and are eager to develop your skills in others, this role could be perfect for you.
