About the position

The People Programs & Operations Manager at Intrinsic will lead the People Programs and Operations team, focusing on designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure, processes, and programs that enhance the employee experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all core HR and recruiting services operate effectively and efficiently, while also driving performance management, promotion, and engagement programs. The manager will define and execute strategies to scale the business and improve the overall workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all core HR and Recruiting services work effectively and efficiently for candidates, employees, and people managers.
• Set goals and KPIs, simplify, optimize, and automate processes, and implement robust knowledge management.
• Drive Performance Management, Promotion, and Engagement programs to meet business needs.
• Own the People Team technology roadmap and manage HR and Recruiting tools and vendors.
• Improve reporting on programs and recurring processes, communicating insights to leadership.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in an HR/People Operations environment with a broad knowledge of HR across the employee lifecycle.
• Mission-first/user-first attitude and approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects across multiple functions.
• Ability to influence and drive results across all levels of the organization.
• Well-organized with high attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Analytical skills in Google Sheets, SQL, or more sophisticated tools to turn data into insights.
• Familiarity with best-in-class tools, vendors, and partners across the People, HR, and Recruiting space.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $156,000 - $221,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
