About The Position

Requirements

• 3+ years of generalist experience in HR.
• 3+ years of workers' compensation experience.
• 3+ years of Leave of Absence experience.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
• High School diploma or GED; College Degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of trust.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in quarterly committee meetings on the progress of the 401(k) plan.
• Support the annual audit of the 401(k) plan.
• Act as a subject matter expert for workers' compensation cases and present results to executive leadership quarterly.
• Build relationships with clinics and carriers to ensure timely case closures.
• Track weekly/monthly claims and partner with accounting for financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance of all programs with KSC standards (health, dental, vision, life, 401k).
• Serve as an escalation point for all Leave of Absence activity and understand legal issues related to it.
• Lead open enrollment annually, including setup and execution of new programs.
• Track and audit eligibility requirements for plan participation quarterly.
• Lead initiatives for annual community outreach programs.
