About the position

The PeopleSoft Developer at Peak Technology Solutions, Inc. is responsible for supporting the District's PeopleSoft eRecruit operation by coordinating with HR subject matter experts and providing technical guidance to developers. This role involves developing, testing, and maintaining PeopleSoft modules while ensuring compliance with project life-cycle standards. The developer will work with various PeopleSoft tools and technologies to troubleshoot issues and support development and upgrade projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with HR SMEs to support the District's PeopleSoft eRecruit operation.
  • Provides guidance and expertise to PeopleSoft technical developers.
  • Coordinates testing efforts with the Software Quality Assurance team.
  • Develops, tests, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned modules.
  • Works with PeopleTools version 8.58 and higher.
  • Develops with Peoplecode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Bl Publisher, and custom pages/components.
  • Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.
  • Troubleshoots operational issues.
  • Provides support for any PeopleSoft development/upgrade projects.
  • Manages the development of any interfaces or analytical tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or higher in WorkForce Administration.
  • 10 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or higher in Base Benefits Administration.
  • 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.0 or higher in Time and Labor.
  • 10 years of experience with Oracle 11g RDBMS or higher.
  • 10 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
  • 10 years of experience with Peoplecode.
  • 10 years of experience with Application Engine.
  • 10 years of experience with Integration Broker.
  • 10 years of experience working with Bl Publisher.
  • 10 years of experience developing custom pages/components, app engines, SQRs, HTML, XML, SOA.
  • 5 years of experience with PeopleTools version 8.58 and higher.
  • 10 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
