About the position
The PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant role involves utilizing extensive experience in PeopleSoft HCM, specifically in Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HR. The consultant will implement PeopleSoft Time and Labor & Absence Management in alignment with agency business processes, policies, and rules. This position requires a strong technical understanding of various configurations and integrations within the PeopleSoft system to ensure effective timekeeping and absence management processes.
Responsibilities
- Implement PeopleSoft Time and Labor & Absence Management in conjunction with agency business processes, policies, and rules.
- Configure timekeeping for groups of employees using timestamp and elapsed time methods.
- Conduct full end to end testing process using Time and Labor and Absence Management.
- Work with QA team to create test scripts using the PeopleSoft Test Framework.
- Fully integrate timekeeping and absence management into the existing payroll system and business processes.

- PeopleSoft Absence Management experience
- PeopleSoft Payroll Integration experience
- PeopleSoft Security knowledge
- PeopleSoft Testing experience
- Strong technical understanding of Time Reporting Codes, Workgroups, Schedules, Task Groups, Rules, Reported Time, Payable Time, Scheduled Time, and Exceptions.
