About the position
DPP is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Technical Support Engineer to implement PeopleSoft HR Time & Labor due to the end of life of Kronos. This role requires extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM functionalities, particularly in Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Core HR, to align business requirements with technical capabilities. The position involves configuring timekeeping systems, conducting testing, and providing support post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Implement PeopleSoft Time and Labor & Absence Management in conjunction with Agency University business processes, policies, and rules.
- Configure timekeeping for groups of employees using timestamp and elapsed time methods.
- Conduct full end to end testing process using Time and Labor and Absence Management.
- Work with QA team to create test scripts using the PeopleSoft Test Framework.
- Fully integrate timekeeping and absence management into the existing payroll system and business processes.
