About the position

The PeopleSoft Time & Labor and Absence Management Lead will be responsible for implementing PeopleSoft Time and Labor and Absence Management systems in alignment with Clemson University's business processes and policies. This role requires extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, particularly in Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management functionalities, to ensure effective configuration and integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Implement PeopleSoft Time and Labor & Absence Management in conjunction with Clemson University business processes, policies, and rules.
  • Configure timekeeping for groups of employees using timestamp and elapsed time methods.
  • Conduct full end to end testing process using Time and Labor and Absence Management.
  • Work with QA team to create test scripts using the PeopleSoft Test Framework.
  • Fully integrate timekeeping and absence management into the existing payroll system and business processes.
