About the position

The People Team Specialist will join the NAMR Staffing team at BCG, providing logistical, strategic, and administrative support across the North American region. This role is designed for individuals passionate about HR and who excel in fast-paced environments. The specialist will support local system teams in executing DEI initiatives, office integration, mobility, and broader people agendas, ensuring timely execution and driving critical analyses and insights. The role will evolve over time to include additional responsibilities, working closely with office Business Management Leaders, local Talent Managers, and System/Office leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication and program coordination for DEI initiatives and prepare meeting materials.
• Pilot new network engagement programs in coordination with various affiliation groups.
• Oversee the integration of new staff into the office culture and lead local programming.
• Coordinate the Consulting Team new hire pairing program and drive summer intern staffing.
• Support Talent Management strategy and track meeting agendas, driving post-meeting actions.
• Analyze annual People Survey and summarize insights across cohorts.
• Coordinate office transfer experiences for all cohorts and programs.
• Perform other duties and projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of administrative support or human resources experience, preferably at a professional services firm.
