About the position

The Peoplesoft HCM Developer position at Steneral Consulting involves developing and supporting PeopleSoft ERP systems, specifically focusing on the HCM module. The role requires expertise in PeopleSoft 9.2 FLUID and Microsoft SQL Server, with responsibilities including system design, application development, and integration of various PeopleSoft components.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support PeopleSoft HCM applications including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits Administration.
• Utilize PeopleSoft Application Designer for creating and modifying records, fields, pages, and components.
• Implement PeopleCode, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR, and SQL for application development.
• Design and develop FLUID interfaces and integration broker solutions.
• Create and manage Activity Guides, Approval Workflows, and Pivot Grids.
• Generate reports using BI Publisher and ensure data integrity across the system.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in supporting PeopleSoft ERP systems design and administration.
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft 9.2 FLUID and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer and development tools.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Engine, COBOL, SQR, and SQL.
• Familiarity with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Integration Broker and Activity Guides.
• Knowledge of BI Publisher for report generation.
• Familiarity with eCompensation and ePerformance modules.
